Plain-English terms for working with RobinsFire (Cambs Fire Safe). Last updated June 2026.
These terms cover how we work together. They're written to be readable, not to bury anything, if a clause isn't clear, ask us and we'll explain it. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
RobinsFire is a commercial fire-safety consultancy operating across Cambridgeshire and the neighbouring counties, also trading as Cambs Fire Safe. You can reach us on 07450 315360 or at info@robinsfiresolutions.com.
We provide fire risk assessments, design-stage fire safety strategies, and fire safety training. The specific scope, deliverables and fee for your work are confirmed in writing before we begin, either through the online quote and booking for a standard assessment, or in a written proposal for strategy and training work.
To do the work properly we need safe access to the premises on the agreed date, and honest information about how the building is used and occupied. Our assessment reflects what was disclosed to us and what was accessible on the day of the visit.
For assessments, you'll receive a written report, typically within 7 working days of the visit, setting out our findings, photographs, and a prioritised action plan. Acting on that action plan is the responsibility of the responsible person for the premises.
The guarantee covers the assessment report itself, not whether its recommendations have been carried out. If our report is found not to be suitable and sufficient based on the information made available to us, you get your fee back. Acting on the findings, recommendations, and action plan within the report is the duty of the responsible person on site, outcomes that follow from those works (or from failing to do them) sit outside this guarantee.

Our work is covered by £5M professional indemnity insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single piece of work is limited to the cover provided by that insurance, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
We keep information about your premises confidential and use it only to carry out and support your work. Any examples of past work we publish are kept deliberately general to protect client confidentiality.
If you need to rearrange a booked visit, let us know as early as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate it. We'll always tell you in advance if a change affects your fee.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
