Neil Green moved into private practice in 2013 after more than three decades across county fire services, defence fire services and a defence regulator role. He'd seen both ends of it, the genuine risks that matter, and the over-prescription that doesn't, and wanted to do the work the way it should be done: proportionate, evidence-led, and explained in plain English.
